Welcome baskets support those living in homeless shelters to transition to their own independent housing. We provide individuals with the main items they need when transferring from the shelter to permanent housing.

If you would like to support the Welcome Baskets, our requests for donations include (either new or gently used, clean and in good condition):

• $50 No Frills Gift card (provided by ESG Outreach)
• Cooking pot small size
• 1 Fry Pan
• An assortment of kitchen utensils may include flipper, spatula and can opener, large stir spoon
• A measuring cup and spoons
• A set of dishes – 4 place settings
• A set of cutlery – 4 forks, knives and spoons
• 4 Mugs
• 4 drinking glasses
• Set of tea towels & dishcloths (2 each)
• 1 set of double bed sized sheets
• 1 blanket
• 2 Bath towels and 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths
• Cleaning supplies – dish soap, cleaning liquid, laundry detergent, laundry basket and filing folder
• Two rolls of bathroom tissue
