Join a group of like minded individuals who recognize that there can be no sustainable peace without justice. The interests of the Group include ill-treatment of political prisoners, issues of poverty and economic inequality, injustice around the world, as well as in Canada, Ontario and Toronto.

Our monthly meetings centre around a topic chosen and presented by one of the members or a guest from outside the PWJ Group.  Initiatives of the Group include support for Amnesty International letter writing, letters to Canadian Ministers concerning topics such as the final report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, financial support for charitable organizations, Project Ploughshares or Dismas.

Program Times: Monthly on Thursday afternoons from 5 – 7 p.m., September through June (December and June meetings include a social aspect)
